Hi! I’m Marketa Brozova

 

A TRANSLATOR, WRITER, AND TRANSLATION PROJECT MANAGER. MUM OF TWO WHO LOVES PHOTOGRAPHY AND FLAMENCO 💃.

 

Translation has been my profession and passion for 20+ years.

 

In a nutshell:

With a track record of translating or reviewing over 3,000,000 words and successfully managing large multilingual projects, I have hands-on experience with almost all translation and translation management tools on the market.

 

There are lots of options you have: Build your own translation team, cooperate with agencies, use machine translation and AI, computer-aided translation tools, and of course, combine whatever is good for you.

 

Learn what’s needed to use them to your advantage.

QUESTIONS?

+ How does the service work?

It’s very simple. You’ll get access to my calendar, or we can schedule our online meetings otherwise. I suggest that you send your questions in advance, so that I can prepare good answers. You can of course ask and discuss whatever comes on your mind during the meeting. Besides our meeting, you can ask for support in up to 3 follow-up emails for the same topic.

+ Do we meet in person?

We meet online. How about Google Meet, does that suit you?

+ Do I need a webcam?

Yes, please, or you can use your smartphone. When we talk in person, let’s make it personal and switch the video on.

+ I’m too busy to meet every week and then do the follow-up work.

How about meeting bi-weekly? That gives you enough time to go through things you need. I’ll also do my best to not overload you with overwhelming tasks. The idea is to prepare for scaling up, not to sit down at the very moment and create everything you might need in the following years.

+ I want to discuss different topics.

Why not? Our live meetings will be governed by your questions. This is a personal support program, we’re going to address your needs. As long as it’s covered by my expertise, I’m here to help: translation project management, translation toolset, management toolset, organizing your time, selecting your cooperators… 

+ I don’t need so many sessions.

+ What if our schedules are inconsistent?

We do not have to meet the same time each week. I’ll make sure to offer you multiple options for each week. Remember to let me know where you reside – I’ll adapt my suggestions to your time zone.

+ Is the purchase time-limited?

The idea is that you use your prepaid set of 6 sessions within about 12 weeks. The longest I can extend your purchase for you is 6 months. I must avoid the situation when busy clients start procrastinating because they can always postpone our meetings because the aggregated number of active clients might in result exceed my capacity.

 

+ What happens after my payment?

I’ll contact you by email to arrange our first 1:1 online session. There’s also time to start preparing your questions, topics you want to discuss, issues you need to address… 

 

+ What’s your refund policy?

I have a strict no-refund policy. I can hardly influence whether you decide to take action on your purchase, or not. I cannot offer this service to more than 6 concurrent client, so once you purchase my service, I cannot offer the same capacities to others. Please, make sure to make use of the service you’ve purchased from me and I’ll make sure to always offer enough time spots and helpful advice.
Nevertheless, if you believe that you have been charged in error, please contact me immediately at marketa@marketabrozova.cz. I will work with you to resolve any issues.
